Loud Music, rambunctious parties, and streets filled with cars parked in front of neighbors' homes and driveways are prohibited by the County Ordinance and will not be tolerated.
Renters are advised that the following rules will be strictly enforced:
NOISE:
Regulating noise includes quiet hours between the hours of 10 PM and 7 AM.
PARKING:
Renters and their guests should park in the rental garage, driveway or directly in front of the short-term rental property to avoid ticketing.
TRASH:
Trash and refuse shall not be stored within public view except in proper containers for collection.
Failure to comply with the above may result in loss of deposit, citation, fines, or expulsion from the rental property for the renter or their guests.
