A unique studio annex with a private secluded patio garden and private parking is the perfect place to relax. The bed, a Futon Company take on the classic Truckle bed, stacked one on top of another to make a day bed or laid side by side to make a king size bed by night. The annex is 5min walk from Apsley and 10min drive from Hemel Hempstead mainline train stations with frequent services getting you to Central London in 30 minutes. With easy access to the M1 and M25. Warner Bros. Studios is a mere 15 minutes drive.

Unwind in your own secluded hideaway, just a stone's throw from the walkway of the Grand Union Canal. This unique studio annex offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, with a private patio garden where you can soak up the sun or enjoy al fresco dining.  

The Studio @ No 12 is a detached Annexe, within our garden. We live in the house , and will usually be available for any help or assistance should you require it, but will happily leave you to come and go as you please. You will access the property through a back gate, and the key will be in a numbered key safe.

Inside, the cleverly designed space has a unique stackable bed from the Futon Company. By day, it's a cozy single daybed. By night, it can un-stack into a luxurious king-size bed.

Apsley and Hemel Hempstead mainline stations are just a short walk or drive away, Taking you to central London in just 30 minutes. Explore the city's iconic landmarks, vibrant culture, and world-class entertainment, then return to the peace and quiet of your private retreat.

For film buffs, Warner Bros. Studios is a mere 15-minute drive, offering a chance to step into the magical world of Harry Potter. With easy access to the M1 and M25, exploring the surrounding countryside and attractions.

This unique annex is a convenient base for exploring Hertfordshire and London, Parking is available either on the driveway, or on the road - it is a quiet no through road with little traffic.
