Great service and clean rooms!
This is a very convenient location, easy to get to and easy to use Bolt drivers since the street at the front of the hotel is not a main road. The staff was very kind and attentive, we booked the incorrect rooms but the manager was very nice in switching it around to fix it for us, so if you need a bathtub for mobility issues, call them before you book so they can tell you what type of room to book. Once you book in hotels.com it’s a bit more complicated to change it.

This is a hotel in an excellent location right in the city centre. The staff were so exceptionally friendly and I felt welcome as soon as I arrived.. also the breakfast was fantastic with so many choices.

Not great at all now.
This was my second stay here in less than 2 years and this time it was not that great. It was below expectation of Radisson standards. The curtains in my room had holes in various spots that was very unusual for any hotel. But the biggest concern was the heater will not heat after certain temperature (~20C) while the thermostat was set to 24C entire night. The breakfast was mediocre with average scrambled eggs, hash browns with no taste and burned/crispy pancakes. The breakfast was not even worth $0 but it was included in room for $8/night. I will have to look for a better hotel with better amenities for my next visit to Helsinki.

The hotel is abit old. But the facilities of guest sauna and the staff are really kind and helpful! It’s walkable to the train station, even with luggages, we are able to access the hotel easily. Lots of food dining options around the hotel and walkable distance to the main shopping street and central market!
