Hauser Lake Summer Vacation Home

Come and enjoy all that Helena has to offer for summer fun on the lake. This comfortable 4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom house offers 3300 square feet of living space for you to relax and enjoy. Located within walking distance to the lake you will have access to a community boat ramp. As you walk into the house you will enter through the covered porch that has been remodeled and tastefully decorated to be used as a sun room for relaxing and sipping on morning coffee. Then on the first floor you will find a living room area and an additional sitting area that opens up into the kitchen. The dining room features a beautiful farmhouse oak table perfect for serving those big family meals with seating and lots of elbow room for up to 8 people. Also located on this main floor is a half bathroom and laundry room. Walk outside into the back yard and you will find a covered BBQ area with a small table and propane grill inside a fenced yard with grass and a sandbox for the kids to play in. There are sleeping arrangements for up to 15 with 7 different beds and additional air mattresses provided. With three bedrooms on the second floor. The master suite features a king sized bed with its own private bathroom and walk through closet. Guestroom #1 includes a comfortable queen sized mattress, while guestroom #2 is perfect for housing kids with a full/twin bunk bed set up and plenty of floor space for them to play with their toys. A full guest bathroom is also located on the second floor and is shared between guestroom #1 and guestroom #2. Down in the nicely finished basement sits guestroom #3 with a queen sized bed, and another full bathroom just down the hall. There is also a large open space in the basement that serves as a second family/living room area or game room for the kids, and includes a futon couch that folds down into a full size bed as well as another queen sized bed for sleeping or sitting. This area is also perfect for laying down additional air mattresses to accommodate sleeping arrangements for extra large groups. Located only 15 minutes from downtown Helena you can explore the walking mall, have a nice dinner at one of Helena's fine restaurants, or take a tour of the many breweries that Helena has to offer.
