Overall our stay was fantastic, we stayed in the presidential suite, which was great. The bed wasn't the most comfortable, but wasn't uncomfortable, it was just a little soft. Breakfast was good. The room and property were very clean with the exception of spider webs on our balcony, but we were on the backside of the lodge close to woods, so it was to be expected. Our view was phenomenal, staff was very friendly and common areas were welcoming. Jetted tub in our suite was great, in fact we usually get rooms with jetted tubs and this was in our top 3 of jetted tubs. The property is a little dated, but we would stay here again!

We found everything enjoyable at this location. We had chosen it based on the location of the wedding that we were attending. The one disappointing thing was the "beach" access that was listed in the description of the property. When I asked the receptionist how to access the lake she disclosed that you had to drive across the busy 4 laned highway. We opted to just delete swimming in the lake from our to do list. If you want a lake view and walking access, stay at The Ridges (also on Lake Chatuge) where our other family members were at.

We wanted a place near the Green Mountain Fair and this was it. So happy we could just walk over the the concerts we went to. Folks are super helpful and nice. View is amazing from 3rd floor. We will be back.

We stayed at this hotel for a concert, no need to drive to the venue, it is a nice short walk from the hotel. Rooms were clean, breakfast delicious, views in the common rooms were beautiful. We will stay again for the next concert!
