Very Clean and friendly staff. I wish it was closer (.5 miles was a little far for walking distance) to Festhalle though but was still great.

Very nice property, friendly staff, nice complimentary breakfast. Keep in mind that the Helen Town and Mountain Coaster are 15 minutes walking distance.

My wife and I usually stay in luxury hotels, which this is not. We were surprised to have no problems, nice staff, and a clean room. Their pillows go flat, so I had to use two together, but we were very satisfied overall.

The best place I've ever stayed
Staff are incredible and helpful. Very clean. Have great breakfast. Easy to get to everything. I know i will be visiting Helen in the future and this is the only place i will stay, bc of the staff.
