River Room
Excellent location right on the river. Screen porch was great and layout of room was good. Bed was very soft. Room was not thoroughly clean when we arrived. Shower had hair in it and lots of grime on edges and soap dish. Toilet runs constantly causing rust stains but also had not been scrubbed up on arrival. Kitchenette counter was not clean and had sugar all over it. Coffee cups were not clean and had coffee drip marks on outside of cups. Liquid marks on wall behind bed and random stuff under bed--balloons etc. We had difficulty getting the door lock code to work without multiple entries. Vacasa was extremely responsive and offered a local agent to come to address of our concerns which were communicated upon arrival. We opted out because I cleaned when we arrived. Aside frim cleanliness the only other concern was lack of sound proofing from the adjoining rental. Very loud right outside of our room door and lots of noise through the ceiling from walking, talking and moving furniture. The location and potential of this rental are phenomenal. We really enjoyed our stay despite the drawbacks.
