I'm so in love with this hotel, I have to come back and bring my husband. Everything, from the spectacular views to the comfortable beds (such a rarity) to the actual AC in the rooms to the glorious bathtub, was a dream. Maybe my favorite hotel I've ever stayed in and can't wait to return one day!

Great view over Heidelberg and beyond. Very relaxing hotel with pleasant staff who welcomed our dog. Quality finishes throughout, and good vegetarian options on the menu.

Beautiful hotel with a beautiful review! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We ate at the hotel restaurant and the food was delicious - with large portions. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice Hotel at the Heidelberg mountains! I recommend the place if you are driving a car. Beautiful park to explore around. To My wife and my self like it very much.

Breathtaking views.
Absolutely amazing. Views and facilities breathtaking. However, be aware that it can be expensive and require timing to get up and down from the the city if you don’t have a car. Bus is 3.20 euros one way, runs once an hour. Tram is 10 euros one way. It starts at 9 am and last one up is 7:20ish pm. Taxi about 20 euros.

Receptionist Ms. Claudia was friendly, accomodating, helpful & professional. She responded to all our questions esp about the funicular railways. Room is very clean. Breakfast with a view is magnificent! Ill go back to this hotel again in the future!

My wife an I got the key to room 106, and when we came into the room we saw that there were already people staying there. Clothes, bags, shoes. What a shock! When I returned to the reception they just switched keys like nothing had happened. This destroyed the experience of our stay. I expect more from a 4-star hotel.

It could have been one of my best stays only if the management was better. Too many vacant rooms but they put most guests on the first floor next to each other. I could hear all the noise and sounds from neighbors and also tourists around the hotel.

Lange schwarze Haare im Bad. Die letzten 200-300m der Zufahrtstrasse sind nicht beleuchtet, es hat Schlaglöcher, und es liegt Müll am Straßenrand.

We loved our stay! Breakfast was good and parking was easy. Not free, but easy. Only thing I could say is that we got a balcony room and the person below us smoked on their balcony and it billowed into our room at night even though we had the door/windows closed.
