الفندق جميل لكن الصراحه في تفاصيل صغيرة مو مهتمين فيها مثل نادي الفندق جلسات الفطور محد يستقبلك تعال ودور مكان واقعد الكراسي عالمسبح شوي للي حاب يسوي تان غالباً كلها محجوزه مع ان في مكان يحطون كراسي زياده ، الحمام مافي فرش اسنان او حتى صابون سائل لغسل اليدين

Taking money from the credit card, no refund
the hotel is very nice, but.... I paid everything in advance. Nevertheless they asked for a deposit of SAR 1000.--. They did not block it like other hotels or rental car company do it, the realy took it from me creditcard.I am still waiting for a refund. Once, they wrote that the have tecnical problems, then the refund would take 3 months. No they even do answer my whatsapp. There everything goes via whatsapp. This is fraud what they do, even worse than a one star hotel
