Amazing Reunion Home
We had our family reunion, 18 adults and 26 children, at Timber Moose Lodge and it did not disappoint! The variety of things to do in the home was amazing;, from the huge bounce house, indoor pool, Lincoln logs galore for building with, air hockey, pool table, sauna, foosball... the kids were so occupied and happy it was great! The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen of any of the homes that we have rented - they had everything. From knives and cutting boards, to crock pots and instant pots, lots of sizes of serving bowls, tons of plates, bowls and silverware, 2 huge pancake griddles and multiple waffle irons, we really found everything we needed to prepare the meals. Having 2 dishwashers was a game changer!!! The dining area was so fun, one long table and 5 booths. Lots of seating for our group of 44. I look froward to returning another year and highly recommend this home to anyone!

Amazing beyond belief.
The house was even more amazing than the drone video on YouTube. Our group kept commenting how much fun and accommodating the house was. We’ll be back.

3rd time visiting TM. It is really the perfect place to take you family or have a retreat for work. Plenty of space and so many options to create an agenda for. Once you figure out how to get warm in the rooms, it is smooth sailing!!

We had a fabulous time at Timber Moose Lodge. There is something for everyone to do. We ranged in age from 8 months to 75 years and we had a blast! The lodge was a great place for our family reunion. We were 57 in number.

Fantastic views and tons of space.
This was a perfect place for a corporate retreat. Lots of space for meeting breakouts and the views were incredible. We cooked all of our meals and the the kitchen had everything we needed. Really loved the game room with ping pong, air hockey and foosball. We held nightly competitions which turned into some great fun.

What a wonderful place to spend our family retreat. There is nothing bad I can say about this experience... every detail is covered in this place and it's amazingly family friendly while being very well equipped for any event planned. Staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful. Can't wait to use it again.

This place is amazing!!! Picture do not do it justice.
My daughter was promised a certain amount of money to run away and get married. One day she sent me a text with a link to Timber Moose Lodge. My first reaction to my wife was hell no. Eventually we all agreed on a plan to make it work and boy, are we glad we did. When we talked about her running off to get married we weren't expecting to run off with her. My wife had said all along leading up to the trip she wanted snow. God did not disappoint. We had record amounts of snow fall for this time of year while we were there. The people who worked at the lodge were very helpful. I would rcommend Timber Moose Lodge for any event that has up to 65 people. We had 48 and there was more than enough room. I saw many reviews where people complained about losing their deposits. We receive all of our deposit with the exception of the 3% convenience charge for using a credit card which I knew about from the beginning. I could say so much more be it would not do justice for The Timber Moose Lodge. Thanks to the owners for allowing us to enjoy their Lodge.

AMAZING!!
This was easily one of the best adventures we have ever been on. We got married in Midway (the town next to Heber City) and brought some of our closest friends together for the weekend stay at Timber Moose. The pictures do NOT do justice to what we actually walked in to. This property is MASSIVE, and there was never a lack of things to do just at the Lodge. We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking to do a family reunion, work retreat, or just an amazing vacation for a large group of friends. Worth every penny!!

Fantastic cabin retreat
Our company held our annual retreat at Timber Moose Lodge and it was AMAZING! We had 50 adults and there was plenty of space. The pool and hot tub were fantastic, and the whole lodge is well kept and very comfortable. Plenty of places to congregate, eat, visit, have fun; event space for a speaker or other event was perfect. We just got back yesterday and are already booking our trip for next year to come back!

Two for Two
It was our second time at the lodge. We loved it the first time. We loved it more the 2nd time. The first time we filled it to capacity for a business team retreat. Worked out great even with lots of people - nice in the warm weather. Second time was all family and at Christmas time in the cold and snow. Turned out to be our kids favorite Christmas of their older years. Gave a real cozy, get away from it all atmosphere. With extended family joining us, we used all the space super well. Total variety of indoor activities made it fun for all ages. We played lots of games, used the game area downstairs as well, loved all the fireplaces, swam, jacuzzied, watched movies, enjoyed time in the kitchen together cooking and eating, loved the Christmas decor, everyone had a comfy place to call their own. We had our best night's sleeps!! It was an early Christmas celebration to be remembered!!

Larson evaluation
We loved the lodge, as we did two years ago. We loved the kitchen, the swimming pool, the spacious rooms, everything. Except for one thing. A couple of my family commented about the terrible hide-a-bed matresses. I mentioned it to one of the workers and it fell on deaf ears. I guess in the future we will take our own matresses if we get assigned to a hide-a-bed. Otherwise, we LOVED IT.

Amazing beautiful venue for a wedding
I would definetly recommend renting the Timber Moose Lodge for any special occasion. All of our guests were simply amazed at the beauty and small details put into this cabin. There is plenty of room for all kinds of activities for all ages. We had our dream wedding up here on Oct 1st and the backdrop off of the deck is breathtaking! The reception hall has awesome sound, but it's a little squishy if you use all 12 of the round tables provided. Only recommendation would be invite responsible people because it is hard keeping track of everyone is such a huge place! Marcy, the property manager, was so incredibly nice and helpful through our whole stay. Thank all of you for providing such an amazing weekend! We plan on coming back!

We loved the lodge as we did two years ago. They want to come back.
Everything was clean. Kitchen was well supplied. Everything was working properly. We were glad to find we weren't restricted to the lodge as we were two years ago. Many of our family like to hike, run, and bike. We were glad when Marcie cleared up the rule about activities around the lodge. The only negative report I got from a few of them was the condition of the hide-a-bed mattresses. They ended up sleeping on the floor because it was more comfortable than the bed. My comment fell on deaf ears. But other than that, we LOVED staying there. Thanks, Carol

Our group was delighted with Timber Moose Lodge. We can't wait for our next visit.
We have found a permanent reunion destination. We all loved it! The facility was exactly as described and the property managers were extremely friendly and helpful. The adults were all excited to recommend it to their friends and business associates. We found we didn't need to plan as many activities as usual because there were plenty of things to do. The lodge was clean and well stocked. We will be back!

Our wedding at Timber Moose Lodge was the best wedding our guests said they have ever been to.
We stayed at Timber Moose Lodge two nights and had our wedding there. The weekend was absolutely magic and perfect in every way. The lodge is incredible. It is huge and every room is very nice and complete with its own charm. There is so much to entertain guests, I wish we had a week there. There is the big indoor pool, the outdoor hot tub, the game room, numerous gorgeous rooms to relax in, and multiple decks to bask in the sun on. The lodge and the property is absolutely beautiful and no one could have any complaint. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five, is that there were some challenges in planning our event. The Timber Lakes community is very strict and; frankly, unwelcoming toward Timber Moose guests. The first time I went to see the property, the man at the gate gave me a flyer with a list of restrictions for Timber Moose guests including: no parking off the Timber Moose property, no walking off the Timber Moose property, no ATVs or bikes... I spoke to the owner's about the rules because I thought it is unreasonable to not be able to walk off the property. They assured me we could walk and bike off the property and they would speak to the HOA about the content on their flyer. The other challenge with planning our event at Timber Moose is the parking. We are allowed to have up to 100 people in the lodge, but there is only enough parking for about 30 cars. Since we cannot have parking on the road, we had to shuttle half of our guests from Heber City. You should also note that the lake in the photos of the lodge is off limits to Timber Moose guests. I originally thought we would be able to enjoy that water over the weekend, but it is privately owned and prohibited. After overcoming the parking challenge and learning about the rules set by the Timber Lakes community, I am incredibly grateful to have had spent the best day of my life getting married at Timber Moose Lodge! Every guests had an enchanting time in the stunningly beautiful lodge in Timber Lakes, Utah.

Timber Moose Lodge was a big hit!
We recently enjoyed a family reunion at Timber Moose Lodge in Heber, Utah. The property was just amazing. There were fun things to do inside the house including an indoor pool, indoor bounce house, game room etc. and the location was wonderful. Some members of our group enjoyed a BBQ and show at the outside Sundance Theatre. Others went mountain biking, hiking, fly fishing, and still others floated the Provo River on tubes. One day many of us went to Park City and had fun on the outdoor coasters, ski lift, and enjoyed the food. It really was a place that yielded enormous diverse opportunities for fun. The home itself was clean, VERY well stocked, and if we did have need for any services the caretakers responded immediately. It will be remembered for a long time as a super fun gathering place.

Awesome
The view is breathtaking -- in fact many of us who normally live at a much lower elevation found ourselves literally short of breath! The furnishings are unique and interesting. I thought the six queen bunk beds were a little awkward for assigning people to -- we did have a lot of teenage girls and sister pairs to put there, but single sized bunks would work better for most people. Nice to have adequate bathrooms and toilet paper! Thought the washer/dryer should have been located outside of a bedroom and possibly another set in another location of the lodge. One washer/dryer not quite enough for 46 of us. We enjoyed the pool and the bouncy house. One room was very stuffy and warm and we didn't realize till we checked out that the strange looking unit in the corner was actually an air conditioner (would've been helpful to have a sign on it)! The rooms are so spread out, it would've been nice to have an intercom system to call people to dinner or gatherings. The wii equipment didn't work (tangled and had no batteries in the remotes). Everyone enjoyed the air hockey and foosball tables, the huge tire swing, pool table, volleyball and basketball areas and the large patio areas with spectacular view. Beautifully decorated throughout the lodge and well maintained. Overall experience was positive and beautiful, but at the price probably a once in a lifetime visit!
