The Space:

In the winter months be out on the slopes in no time with both the Mayflower Resort and the Jordanelle Express Gondola less than a 5-minute drive away. In the summertime, you are minutes away from an outdoor paradise at the beautiful Jordanelle Reservoir where you will find hiking and biking trails to enjoy. Whichever outdoor activity you spend your day enjoying, unwind from the day’s fun in one of the shared amenities such as the outdoor pool and hot tub. The condo will have everything you need for a comfortable stay in Park City!
To reach the front door of the condo you will need to make your way up 27 steps. As you enter the home you will be greeted by an open and social layout with the living room/kitchen/dining in one bright space. You will feel right at home in the condo with its stylish decor and plush furnishings creating a welcoming ambiance! The living room provides plenty of seating options with a large couch as well as a leather loveseat so you can all spread out and relax as a group. Enjoy chilly winter evenings curled up on the couch while you watch a movie on the 55” TV and warm up by the fireplace. For those needing to keep up with any remote work, behind the couch is a workspace with an office chair and table providing a comfortable spot to catch up on work before heading out to explore. This entire space is filled with natural light and great views from the sliding glass doors that lead out to the private balcony. Step out and enjoy the beautiful views over Jordanelle Reservoir and the Wasatch mountain range. A BBQ is also located out on the balcony so you can enjoy preparing food on the grill while taking in the views.
Back inside you will find the kitchen connected to the living room, bridged together by the kitchen bar which features two bar stools for a convenient dining option. The well-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and all the basic appliances and cookware needed to prepare a delicious meal. Directly off of the kitchen, you will find a dining nook with a round table and four chairs providing a cozy spot to enjoy a meal with your loved ones. A full bathroom is conveniently located for shared use off the main living space and features a single-sink vanity and a shower with a glass door.
When you are ready to tuck in for the night you will find two comfortable bedrooms with carpeting down the hallway. The first bedroom is the master suite and boasts a spacious king-size bed, nightstands, and a dresser with a Samsung TV on top. The room is filled with natural light thanks to the three large windows lining the wall so you can start your day enjoying the views over the beautiful surrounding nature. The bedroom has the added comfort of an attached bathroom which includes a lovely single-sink vanity with ample under-the-sink storage space, a bathtub/shower combo, and access to a spacious walk-in closet. The second bedroom in the condo makes efficient use of space with a twin-over-twin bunk bed that includes a trundle mattress, as well as a queen-size bed. This room is perfect for families sharing with little ones, there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and get a good night's rest! The condo also features a full-size washer and dryer in a laundry closet, making it comfortable to keep up with any laundry needs during your stay.
Guests will also have access to a variety of shared amenities such as a Clubhouse which features a pool and ping pong table, a fitness center, and an outdoor hot tub and pool.

In the winter months enjoy quick access to the slopes thanks to the Jordanelle Gondola which is located only a 5-minute drive from the home, or make the quick 4-minute drive down the road to the Mayflower Resort. In the summer you will have an outdoor paradise out your door with endless hiking and biking trails around Jordanelle Reservoir mere minutes away. Or, make the half-mile walk to one of Jordanelle State Park’s recreation areas and enjoy the peaceful and beautiful surroundings of this area. When you are feeling like more of a city adventure Old Town and Main Street are just a quick 15-minute drive away where you will find a wide variety of eateries, breweries, museums, local markets, and other unique entertainment options. Getting Around:
This condo is the perfect gateway to experience mountain and outdoor adventures in Park City with many of the area’s top attractions within a 15-minute drive. Make the five-minute drive over to the Jordanelle Express Gondola at Deer Valley where you can park your car and avoid any stress of driving! While there is not a public transportation stop within walking distance to the home you can still easily get around with Uber/Lyft which is always available.

Please note, the hot tub is available year-round, while the outdoor pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The clubhouse kitchen, living, and dining areas are reservable for up to 3 hours, excluding holidays. The pickleball court is outdoors and closed during winter. Parties are limited to a maximum of 7 people, including the tenant, to ensure all residents can enjoy the shared spaces.
