The floor was covered in stains and looked very dirty. My wife and I wore our shoes all the time because of the dirty carpet. I was unaware that the hotel allowed pets which was my mistake. My wife suffered from allergies due to cats previously being in the room. Bathroom was very clean as was bed linens. Breakfast was very good and clean.

Connor was exceptional! What a great asset to your hotel. Very helpful and friendly. I would recommend removing the vending signs on each floor since there is none. My husband went to all the floors thinking he would find one but did not. Other than that great hotel.

Staff were awesome. The rooms are big and having a big jet tub in our room was delightful. The bathrooms were updated and clean and was overall happy with our two night stay. The pool and hot tub was also a big treat and surprisingly had the whole place to ourselves. Lots of hot and cold options for breakfast and nothing out of place. Stocked and very clean. The most wild part of our stay that upon arriving the access road literally off the highway is a narrow gravely road that brings you under a bridge which makes you feel like you have gone the wrong way. But, it leads you right up to the hotel. It was bizarre and no signage at all was marked for people staying here. We drove by it a few times before realizing that, that was the entrance. It’s the only way of getting to the hotel when you’re traveling West.

The room was clean the hotel its self was extremely clean and well kept. Unfortunately there was a mix up at check in and they gave us a different room then what they had in their system. We were locked out of our room when we questioned it they fixed the problem but then were locked out again. The communication between safe I felt was a little bit lacking. For we went down the next morning to bring it to the manager and he explained what had happened. We then went to our room to finish collecting our thing when house keeping was getting ready for the next guessed. We had not even turned in our key. Check out wasn’t till 12 but we decided to leave at 9 ish for this kinda was the last straw. Felt rushed to leave.

Nice stay

Our one night stay was very relaxing. The pool was a little more chilly but refreshing. The breakfast sausage and French toast were cold. The room was very clean and quiet.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. We needed extra towels, so I spotted housekeeping in the hallway, and they stopped what they were doing to assist me. The hotel is a little outdated, and the carpet in our suite had many stains. When we got to our room, we had to remove several hairs (of varying lengths) that were in the tub/shower. Otherwise, the room was clean.

The room smelled very musty. The carpet in the room had numerous stains, although clearly it had been vacuumed. It was dirty. The bathroom had no place to hang a hand towel, so it sat on the vanity wet after each use. I paid a $301 for each of the two nights I stayed there a lot of money for stained carpet and smelly room.
