Inglenook log burner Child and pet friendly garden space Within the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. 1 Stonedelph is the first of a pair of stone cottages at the end of leafy private lane. Inspired by the Sussex heritage of the Bloomsbury group and the early 20th century Arts & Crafts movement, we’ve used classic British prints, wallpaper and vintage finds in all the rooms. There are large French doors off the sitting room onto an enclosed south facing patio with wrought iron garden furniture, flower and herbaceous beds and lawn. 1 Stonedelph sleeps four, with a charming eat-in kitchen. There are two bedrooms upstairs, as well as a bathroom with a freestanding cast iron bath. The property also has original floorboards. a wood burning stove and a cosy reading nook.
During your stay at this cottage, you'll be close to Bolney Estate Winery. A kitchen and a balcony/patio are available in the cottage.

Glorious location and a step back in time
We loved staying at Stonedelph cottage as we could walk into the forest from our door or access amazing walks a short drive away.The location is second to none and the cottage is very pretty. My husband struggled with the lack of a shower but it definitely did not stop us loving our stay!

Bolt Hole
I booked the cottage as a bolt hole from the noise and disruption from building work at my own home. A beautiful cottage on a country estate. The cottage was excellent in everyway, the decor and furnishings were totally in keeping with the style of the property which had it's own secure garden. I thought the information pack was excellent and contained really useful notes on everything from transport to eating out, groceries and even ordering prepared meals to be delivered. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking for peace and quiet in the country. You would never know that you were only 3 minutes from a busy A road .

Amazing !
An infinity of green gardens and tranquility. With deer in the meadow, birds of prey in the air. An attractive Hobbit-sized cottage, equipped with every convenience. We didn't want to leave yet. We loved it !

Just perfect
A beautiful clean, well equipped cottage / doll house in a great area. The private domain around is also very beautiful and well maintained: superb tennis court, fun game room. My kids, my dog and we loved it. Also this part of Sussex is lovely and has a lot to offer.
