This property worked well for our family of 9. It was nice to have 3 full bathrooms. The A/C worked so well! Nice new kitchen and appliances. Nice new washing machine. Outside and some of the house is still a work in progress, but we would stay here again.

We basically utilized this house to help us prepare food used at a Wedding the following day. Adam was very helpful and accomadaing to our needs. Wonderful hosts. Wold love to come back and be able to use the whole house sometime.

Perfect Size for our large group
The inside of the home was perfect. All bedrooms very comfortable for our large group. Worked out well for everyone. The kitchen had all the necessary dishes and pans to make meals at home for everyone.

Wonderful space
Hays was about a 2 hour drive for my parents, my brother's family and my family. We met there to celebrate my mom & dad's 50th anniversary. It was the perfect space to spend a weekend celebrating! We could play games, the kids all had their own rooms and we could just spend time together in comfort. We would totally stay here again and would recommend it to anyone with a big group going to Hays. There were so many beds and spaces that the 12 of us never felt crowded. What a great space and so much better to meet than at a hotel!

This is a wonderful house in a great neighborhood. So much room not just sleeping room but great living spaces as well. There is a park a block away and the area was safe and quiet. We definitely recommend staying here.

The house was the perfect fit for our family. My father passed away and we needed a place to stay. All the hotels were full. The house was great and fit us perfect! We would definitely stay again if we needed to.

Incredible value to be able to sleep that many people in a clean home, clean older neighborhood
We loved our stay. Incredible space for 12 people. We could spread out with 2 living areas. Kids loved the Pac-Man arcade. Tastefully remodeled, older home.
