-No smoking indoors (The owner lives upstairs, so any smoking indoors will be reported to Airbnb, and you will be required to vacate). In the patio area, smoking is permitted, but please be respectful.

-Guests will receive four (4) towels and washcloths.

-The music must be lowered by 10:30 pm.

-Front Load Washer/Dryer (Please bring your supplies).

-There are two mini splits with remotes. One located in the living room and one in the bedroom. Control the heat and air at your leisure.

Haymarket is about an hour away from Washington DC.

There are many major attractions in the area, such as the Bull Run Mountain Conservancy, Silver Lake Park, LaGrange Winery, and Broad Run Farm Brewery.
