Located by the shores of Lake Chatuge (BOAT SLIP INCLUDED), Penland Point Paradise would love to welcome your family to enjoy the home and to make memories just as our family has since the home was built in 1962. This lake access home just went through major renovations bringing modern amenities to years of deep rooted history. It's the perfect home for generations to gather and make unforgettable memories. Have a boat? Bring it with. The home comes with access to a boat slip and boat ramp right on Lake Chatuge.

All on one level and zero entry access this home has what it takes for everyone to enjoy themselves. Sit around the living room and watch your favorite movies, play some games and tell some of your favorite stories. With 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths there is room for the whole family. A master bedroom with a queen-size bed, smart tv and a full bath with a zero entry shower. A second master bedroom with a queen size bed, smart tv and a full bathroom. A third bedroom has 2 twin beds, a smart tv, and quick access to a full bathroom just across the hall. Need more space to sleep? There is a pull out sofa in the living room making this home sleep 8 easily.

Check out the amazing, fully equipped dream kitchen. Imagine all the meals that will be created and shared. What a great place to finally teach those you love how to make the secret family recipe. The holiday dinners, cookies baking, big breakfasts, so many memories to be made here. This is a beautifully appointed house and property situated on Lake Chatuge in Hayesville NC. It was exactly as advertised and very comfortable for the four guests. If you’re ever in the area, I would highly recommend this property.
