No hot water in sink faucet. Luke warm water in shower that made it impossible to use. Pictures showed a couch in the room, no couch. Outdated furniture, appliances, etc. Room not well cleaned, old water bottle in freezer from previous guests. Reports of issues to staff was met with relies that there was nothing they could do.

Location was close by our route. Toilet auto-flushed all the time. bathroom door had to be kept closed which made it cold. No separate bathroom light switch. “Hot” breakfast food was cold. I would recommend NOT staying at this location.

Very grateful
We have stayed here many times through Black Friday weekends and they have always been so wonderful. This time we didn’t make it to the border in time due to bad weather and it was up to the hotel whether they gave us our money back and they agreed. I was so grateful and I’ll happily stay there again.

There was mold all over the shower. They tried to give me a new shower curtain instead of putting me in a new room, and did not comp any nights for this issue.

I am a local to the area, I live an hour away and had an event in town so didn't want to drive back home. My Bf came from 2 hours away to spend the day with me, & he wanted to pay for the room. I had the funds but just barely. I told the gal at the time of check in that I wanted it charged to a different card than the one it was reserved under. But she went ahead and charged it anyways. I am extremely disgruntled about the $100 hold on my account during the stay also. I do not have a very large or consistent income, so to have an extra $100 being withheld from my account was very concerning to me. I was not aware of that until I looked at my bank balance.
