The property itself was decent it was the lack of knowledge and customer service that was not appealing. Especially when repair/cleaning staff pushed their way between guests to have breakfast.

Nothing fancy but friendly staff, big rooms, comfy beds. Pool area is tiny and the waterslide is more like a playground slide with a hose but the breakfast is good and pub next door was great.

I checked in on Friday night, the next day we left around noon and were gone all day, we noticed the room hadn’t been cleaned when we got back to the hotel late Saturday night. Before we left for the day on Sunday around noon, I went to the front desk and asked the clerk if she could ensure that my room was cleaned because it hadn’t been cleaned the day before. She said she would make sure and get someone to go and do it. Got back late Sunday evening and the room was not cleaned again! I went to talk to the front desk clerk, and she wasn’t very helpful, I asked if I could at least get 2 clean towels and she acted like it was a huge chore just to do that for me. Probably won’t stay at this property again, they raise their prices during the powwow week end in Rocky Boy but they sure didn’t raise the quality of their service!!!

Best Western Havre near Buffalo Jump
Very nice, comfortable hotel. Spacious room, nice set up. Comfly beds. My husband like mushy pillows and i like firm, but we both liked the pillows. Good breakfast.

The room was clean and accessible and the staff was great. My only difficulty was the location as I didnt have a car and there are no Ubers or taxis in Havre.
