This was our 2nd visit this year. The hotel is in a great position in St.Davids. The staff are always so welcoming, cheerful and helpful. The food in the restaurant was lovely. The hotel itself was comfortable and clean and very dog friendly.
Would definitely go back again and our dog particularly loved the treats for her left in the room and the biscuits at reception!!
Overall we really enjoyed our stay at the Cross Inn in St. Davids. The hotel is ideally located in the centre of the UK’s smallest city. The hotel has been recently renovated and our room (4) was very clean and fresh as were the bar and dining areas.
The breakfast and evening meal we had were fine. The location means you can actually walk from the hotel to the coast which, for us, was perfect. The cliff top path is magnificent and we saw seals, porpoises and red kites whilst there.
Most amazing 3rd floor center room with open windor view of front entry lawn and court yard. Clearly a front row seat to the town square and all the happenings.
Conveient, easy and safe courtyard parking.
Great bar, food and service.
Best modern bathroom upgrade of the many 100+ year old properties we have visited.

Very nice cosy hotel right in the middle of town. Ample parking in hotel lot. Fair size room, very clean. Wonderful staff. Great breakfast choice. Minutes walk to the great St.David's Cathedral.
Centrally located with car parking for hotel guests (a must for any hotel in the area). The room was spacious, really comfortable and spotlessly clean. Everyone working here were really friendly and helpful too.
Great place to stay only comment is car park is small and could not always charge my car with the on site charger due to cars parked in bays that were not ev cars but nothing else negative
We had a wonderful stay at The Cross Hotel. The room was immaculate and all the staff are polite and friendly offering a high level of customer service. Highly recommended.
Great Hotel in the center of St. Davids, close to the Cathedral, shops, and restaurants. Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. My only complaint: WiFi does not reach the rooms and is poor in the lounge, so we spent a lot of time sitting in reception.
The hotel was ideally situated with free parking. Itwas newly refurbished and was fresh and clean. Toiletries, biscuits, tea/coffee and complimentary bottles of sparkling and still water were supplied. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We ate at the restaurant each night and cannot fault the delicious meals or service. The garden was a delightful area to sit out in the beautiful weather.
I loved my stay here. Friendly staff, great food, fantastic location in the centre of town. And the coffees were delicious! Highly recommend anything that comes with the Chunky Chips!
I left my wash bag at the hotel, they were kind enough to offer to send it to my next destination. Really lovely experience, couldn’t recommend it highly enough.
