I had a wonderful 4 nights staying here and really appreciated the wonderful staff going out of their way for me… I was ‘under the weather’ and the little things and wonderful front desk ladies were terrific… and even lemons dropped off so I could make a drink were lovely! Great hotel in a great location.
Had a great stay. Room was very nice and staff were lovely. They had excellent underground parking that was free and are in an area with lots of restaurants and shopping. Havelock North is a great little town. My only suggestion is that they do away with the free guest laundry. The dryers don’t work well and that situation led to bad feelings between guests. I saw numerous conflicts. Better they don’t offer it at all.
