Cuba!!!
Property was nice,horrible aestetics(run down building),no amenities. Kitchen floor next to counter had 2 loose planks covering pipes(1 of the elder woman) fell down from tripping on it.No amenities such as pool,gym,laundry...Maybe because its Cuba!!Unclear that water was not free.We stayed 5 nights and had 1 cleaning on Thurs,4 days after arrival.Was told that cleaning and towel replacement every other day.We arrived on Mon,because i asked we got more bath towels on Wed.Rolando was great,but alot of things were not clear.He did the best that he could,but having stayed at many apts throughout Europe,US,communication was not up to standards that i am accustomed to.It should have stated that there was no beach access...We also lost power twice.For travelers who do not use Whats App...,communication is non existent.Rolando set me up with it or else,we would have been in trouble if we had an emergency.As stated Rolando was great.For the price that i paid,i feel that it was overpriced and i should receive some compensation back from owner for dangerous issue in the kitchen(exposed pipes),lost of power...
