The accommodation exceeded our expectations, very clean and spacious rooms. Excellent communication with the host Claudia - thank you very much for everything. The apartment is located directly on the Malecon waterfront next to the Hotel Nacional, where you can enjoy a drink and wifi.

Excellent accueil des hotes. La famille est tres conviviale, disponible et reactive a nos differentes demandes. N hesiter a leur demander pour acheter vos cartes de telephone et obtenir le wifi car c est une galere a Cuba. L appartement est equipe du strict minimum. Il est propre. Il est equipe de la Climatisation et de ventilateurs. Peu de vaisselle, pas de casseroles, pas de produit menager ni de nettoyage, pas de machine a laver (mais service de blanchisserie payant), ni cafetiere digne de ce nom. Le refrigerateur est garni en eau et boissons (a regler au terme du sejour) ce qui est tres agreable a l arrivee. L immeuble est un peu eloigne des quartiers les plus interessants. Et surtout, surtout, ne faites que peu de change, tout se regle en Euros(ou dollars) a la Havane.

¡Un gran lugar con un servicio muy profesional!
Sólo pasé una noche, pero fue genial. Desde el primer momento el dueña Shayli se ocupó de mí, dándome muchos y buenos consejos sobre dónde comer, qué ver, cómo moverme por La Habana. La habitación estaba limpia y bien decorada, al igual que el cuarto de baño. El apartamento está fantásticamente situado, en un buen barrio, cerca de mi embajada Polaca y tambien cerca del Malecón. Lo que más me gustó fue que estaba tan cerca del Hotel National, donde podía volver a casa fácilmente a pie por la noche después de ver la Revue Parisien. Recomiendo este apartamento y sin duda volveré aquí en el futuro.

En la página dice que el hotel tiene Internet pero no lo tiene Las sábanas olían horribles las cobijas para cubrirse uno olían horribles y para darte papel higiénico era un problema también no tiene televisión So es pésima pésima noche está en muy mala ubicación no encuentras nada aparte de hacer nada
