The cleanliness of the property is good. My room had a fantastic view and the bed was pretty good and comfortable. The staff was great 👍. My only disappointment is with de bathroom, no clean and in pretty bad conditions.

Cuba is a country where they don't have the means to do many things that need to be done,but that aside, the only good thing about that hotel is his people, the kindest most service oriented staff always trying to help you. The not so good was the fact that the room was filthy, the bedroom floor never clean, the tub had old soap from a prior guest and the mini bar fridge barely keep things cold

Para empezar el hotel está lejísimos de habana vieja, un taxi te cobraría desde 25 hasta 35 CUC. El check in es a las 4:00pm ( super inconveniente la hora) por lo que tienes que pagar 20CUC por habitación si queires entrar Antes. Llegue tipo 1:30 pm el restaurante estába cerrado.. que el capitán había salido y ya...( me pregunto yo si esa fue una respuesta nerviosa o real) pero me dijeron que me podían hacer un sándwich de jamón y queso... pero bueno yo quería almorzar. Me recomendaron ir a 2 lugares a unos metros (el lugar que se llama chan chan - que es un bar con una mesa de billar..y otro que nunca llegue porque tenía que salir de la bahía) pero si está uno que se llama fiesta, al que llegamos despues de preguntar a la gente q vive ahí y comimos rico. A tener en cuenta que es dentro de una resinto de la marina... tienen una tienda bien surtida.El hotel tiene piscina pero la vi y fue al último lugar que quice ir. Tienen que remodelar varias cosas del hotel. La vista desde la habitación del 5to piso muy linda de día. Tiene room Service 24 horas pero algo dudoso. Ya ves que quice pedir un plato simple ; pescado a la plancha y me dijeron que el cocinero que estaba ahorita estaba esperando su relevo que no llegaba y solo podía hacerme un Sándwich de jamón y queso que vale 4cuc y pregunté a qué hora llega el cocinero que si puede hacerme un plato; me Dijeron : no sabemos. La TV pésima- mala señal, no se había nada. La gente amable y atenta. Pero no lo recomiendo.

Se equivocaron de cuarto.
El elevador no funcionaba, no había buen servicio en la piscina y cometieron un error y nos dieron un cuarto que no era, para despertarnos al día siguiente muy temprano y hacernos mover nuestras cosas, así que o descansamos bien. Por otro lado la señorita que nos consiguió el taxi para ir al aeropuerto nos dio una excelente atención siempre que era su turno, nos aconsejó y nos atendió muy cordial y proactiva.

Hôtel étrange piscine impraticable car non entretenue (l'eau était verte) 5 cuc la partie de billard ! Dîner et petit déjeuner inclus mais cuisinier absent donc choix extrêmement limité par rapport à ce que proposait la carte. A éviter !!
