My room was 57 degrees when we got in around 11 pm. We switched the thermostat to heat at 70 but it never got above 59. The sheets on both beds were so wrinkled we thought they had not been changed. We slept in our clothes and got blankets out of our car. The floors were nasty and there was part of someone’s red weave on the floor. Don’t look like they had been swept in weeks. We notified the front desk and was told management had already been notified.

I love the property, and will definitely stay here again!! The only downside is the shower adhesive. It needs to be cleaned thoroughly - too many hard water stains.
