Sea Sound Seitz has an unobstructed view of the majestic Atlantic Ocean across Hwy 12. The beach has almost 1 mile of a lonely, solitary stretch (almost a mile of no homes/parking) of National Seashore to the north. Stroll the beach to Sandy Bay and enjoy the colorful and dramatic kite surfers. The interior of the unit has double sliders with a wall of glass overlooking a panoramic view of the Pamlico Sound and its marsh life in addition to the 100' community pier, a kayak/SUP board launch, and an outdoor nature area, as well as an outdoor shower area, a fish cleaning table, and a grilling area.
Overlooking the sound is your private deck with Adirondack and cocktail hour style seating. Enjoy the most spectacular sunset views or turn off the lights and observe the dark night sky and the exemplary nighttime views of the heavens.

In case of cancellation or change in any reservation, no refund will be made by Dolphin Realty or the owners we represent unless the unit is re-rented and confirmed by the newer reservation for the cancelled period. All cancellations and changes are subject to a $50.00 charge, reservation fee; Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance premium, Property Protection and Credit Card Processing Fee if applicable. Please notify our office of any changes as soon as possible. No refunds will be issued due to lack of fish or inclement weather.
