Annual Hat Head pilgrimage
The property was generally as described and has had a recent average renovation. Needs general maintenance and better cleaning. Kitchen is well equipped but cooktop and oven difficult to use. No fans downstairs nor in one very small bedroom with bunks. Third bedroom very small. Upstairs has little insulation or cross breeze and unbearably hot. Would greatly benefit from air conditioning. Attached to other duplex and lots of cross noise from neighbours. No yard but good courtyard and two hanging spaces for laundry which is great for a beach holiday. Laundry facilities good. Owners must have a dog which is great but the cleaning didn’t cater for it! Windows also very dirty. Hat Head is a great location wherever you are in the town so that makes up for Arcos’ shortcomings.
