This contemporary, studio property built in 2016 has been completed to an exceptional standard. The Garden Room is the perfect romantic retreat for couples seeking an escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Located in the village of Westmeston at the foot of the South Downs, the property is the perfectly positioned for exploring the beautiful countryside. There are two pubs in walking distance and the lively city of Brighton is just 30 minutes' drive south with its wealth of shops, restaurants and bars.

The open-plan living area is generously sized with a well-equipped kitchen/dining area complete with everything needed for a self catering break. The large sofa is great for cosying up in front of the TV or listening to music through the bluetooth speakers. To one side of the room is a comfortable king-size bed with plenty of storage space cleverly hidden behind a full length curtain. Completing the interior is a good sized bathroom with bath and overhead shower. Underfloor heating runs throughout the property, keeping the studio comfortably heated during the cooler months.

The property features large, bi-fold doors spanning the full length of the frontage. Not only do they fill the space with light, in the warmer months, the doors can be fully opened to bring the outdoors in. The secluded south-wast facing garden with large paved terrace is a lovely spot from which to soak up the sunshine. Dine al fresco at the outdoor dining table or lie back and relax in the hot tub.

Perfect getaway!
My partner and I loved our stay at the Garden room. It was immaculately clean, welcoming and cozy. It was perfect for our mini break. The hot tub was amazing and was wonderful to star gazing. We loved all of beautiful touches like the garden room robes to the delicious hamper. Would definitely recommend!!

Get-Away …
Overall the stay was good but unfortunately the hot tub wasn’t working. Liz and Steve tried to sort it out but to no avail … However they did manage to placate the situation. A must is a visit to The Bull pub but do book in advance. The pub really needs to be driven to or try and get a taxi as there is some road walking on the busy road. The location is next to a fairly busy road. It was clean and the welcome hamper was appreciated.

Most memorable weekend ever !!!
I booked this accommodation for my boyfriends 21st birthday surprise and he absolutely loved it. The place was spotlessly clean and organised. The manual was easy to understand and explained everything thoroughly. Came with booklets of local walks and places to visit. Finding the accommodation was easy, parking was great because it was off the road which was great. The host gave us good places to visit for food and was in great contact with me to help me understand to get into the accommodation and was ready for any questions or concerns how big or small at any time. Could not recommend this place enough. If your thinking about booking please do so you can make amazing memories just like me and my boyfriend did!!!!!

The perfect couple getaway!!!
The Garden Room is the perfect getaway for couples all ages. The hosts were very helpful and the attention to detail with the facilities, cleanliness and the hamper provided was perfect. I couldn’t fault any part of our stay, and I would highly recommend The Garden Room to anyone. I am missing the hot tub already and I will be booking again for sure!
