The place was very busy and there was much confusion at the front desk. The towels in the room and the linens seemed pretty worn however it was clean and the breakfast was good.

The room was very damp, musty and smelled of chlorine We were next to the pool and they had taken down the drywall adjacent to our room The smell was overwhelming and we are eyes waters and I coughed all night The desk clerk was not helpful and the number we called at Marriott lead not helpful either I am fikinf a forms complaint with Marriott

I was given a room by the laundry room and it was extremely noisy all night in into the morning and the bathroom had extremely noisy sounds coming from it thd entire time.

Overall nice clean room, efficient check in, nice breakfast. The only somewhat disturbing thing was the large group of people, both Middle Aged men and women, hanging out at the front entrance at 4 when we checked in and again at midnight when we came home from an event. Also there the next morning when we checked out.

You might get your room cleaned and a faucet fixed
Your told that your room will be cleaned every other day but that didn’t happen and when I complained about it I was told that the cleaning crew was “backed up” and didn’t get to it ! If that’s the case then they need to only take reservations IF they have the staff to clean the rooms as scheduled! Also the sink faucet was broken and there was no cold water - and that didn’t get fixed until the 3rd day.

The stay overall was good. The issue I had was a stopped up toilet. House keeping cleans the rooms and ready then for the next guess. They should make sure the plumbing is working and report it to management if it isn't working properly

It was clean enough. Pool didn't look too appealing, too much chlorine, or some white substance on top, we decided to skip it. It is not large, small enough for kids to play. Saw hot tub but skipped it as well. Breakfast was ok. Bagels were defrosted, our kids don't like toasted and they didn't taste as fresh because were still cold. But overall, we liked it. Denis at the front desk was very pleasant. We didn't see no other staff.
