Terrible guesthouse in Hartebeespoort
I arrived in the property at night and the owner offer me bedroom with no bathroom and toilets. I was expected to use a bathroom outside the room which to me was a security and health risk due to COVID 19 pandemic. The owner and the employee did not follow the regulations in regard to wearing Mask and sanitising ourselves. They then offered me another room that was not clean, smelling. I requested that he pay me my money of which altercation started. Upon raising health risk of the rooms, i was then offered another room which somebody was using. I refused this and the owner started shouting at me saying i should leave the property and he will not repay me. My stay was terrible and never experienced such ever since using guesthouses/B&B. I will never go back/recommend the property to anyone.
