Superior deluxe 2 bedroom apartment

On a street in the very centre of Harrogate, a smartly decorated door opens to reveal a staircase, which leads up to a rather special, stylishly-appointed, two-bedroom apartment. Occupying the first and second floors of this superbly located property, 45a has been expertly designed, sound-proofed and refurbished to create deluxe comfort and tranquillity for up to four guests - with the vibe of this cosmopolitan town’s culture right on the doorstep.
On the first floor is a handy small cloakroom, and a light, airy, open-plan cooking, dining and living space. The kitchen area is equipped with washer/dryer, full-sized dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and combi microwave/oven. Dining is casual at the breakfast bar, or convivial around the table which easily seats four, and the large, enticingly comfy, modular sofa is the perfect spot to unwind in front of the wall-mounted Smart TV, or simply just lounge, relax…
… then retire upstairs for a restful night’s sleep in the luxuriously-appointed second floor bedrooms. The master features a super-king bed – which can be split into twins as required – and an ensuite with shower. The second bedroom has a king-sized bed, both bedrooms have wall-mounted Smart TVs, and the sumptuously spacious house bathroom contains a free-standing bath tub and twin wash-basins.

Whether your visit is for leisure or business, 45a is an excellent town centre base; the apartment is just a stone’s throw from Betty’s Tea Rooms, the Turkish Baths, and a wide selection of restaurants, bars and boutiques. Harrogate’s Convention Centre and train station are a five minute walk away, and the property has free Wi-Fi throughout.
Families are very welcome, but pets are not permitted. For parking we recommend that guests use the secure Jubilee car-park, opposite the apartment, charges apply.

Great location
This was the most perfect place to stay. Very convenient to shops and restaurants. Very modern and clean. We stayed there 12 days and enjoyed feeling like we were at home. There’s plenty of kitchen items that allow cooking meals if needed. We will stay there again when we return.

Amazing stay and we will be back
From the moment we stepped into the gorgeous flat we knew we made the right decision. Location is amazing and literally 50 bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The flat is decorate to a very high degree and we will definitely be back. Quiet location after pubs close at 10pm or 11pm

The Appointment was far nicer than we had anticipated and in a great location. Its location right innthd middle of Harrogate close to the nain shopping and entertainment centers was ideal. The only negative is the kack of parking.

The apartment was very nicely.furnished and designed. We were disappointed in that it took a genius. To operate the kitchen appliances. We didn’t even know there was a microwave until last night, which we needed. There was only 1 hand towel in kitchen for 6 night stay.there was only 1/4 roll of paper towels.. we have rented all over the world and this is the first time there was lack of product and lack of instructions to operate appliances. Many features are very nice however the issues mentioned were frustrating.

Superior Deluxe Most Definitely
Needed a place to stay within easy reach of the Convention Centre and this ticked that box. The accommodation was amazing - so modern and clean. Very spacious with comfortable furniture and beds. There is the slight downside of the noisy nightclubs in the vicinity, but that would apply to other city centre accommodation too. Handy for the shops for provisions. We will definitely consider staying again should the need arise.

Beautiful apartment in Alnwick
Treetops is the most stunning apartment in a wonderful location minutes away from the centre of Alnwick. Everything you need is in the apartment. We really appreciated the goodies welcome pack and the cleaning welcome pack.The only downside was the apartment was cold - the heating does not appear to be adequate even if turned up although using the gas fire made a difference to the kitchen/ dining /seating area. Easy parking in an allocated space. We would definitely stay again. KE

Lovely flat, lively central location
Very well presented, beds set up as we'd requested, all as described in the listing. Location is super convenient for the convention centre, station and town centre shops. Directly over The Starling, so light sleepers might prefer the bedroom away from the street on Friday and Saturday nights.

An Exceptional property in a great location
3 night stay over Easter 23, for 2 couples. Property is an exceptional find, finished to the very highest of standards, with everything you could want in a short stay property having been thought of. Location is excellent, and despite being a central town location was overall very quiet. Contact and access to property were managed well in the lead up to our arrival, and parking at the near by Jubilee Car Park was easy and if you use the APP not as expensive as it could be. The fit and finish of the property is to the very highest of standards, and probably in the top 5% of properties we have stayed at in the UK or abroad. Beds are very comfortable and excellent bathrooms for both bedrooms. If you want to stay in Harrogate or the North Yorkshire area, then look no further, for top quality and absolute value for money. Thank you for allowing us to visit, it was an absolute pleasure, and we hope to return.
