Expedia sold me a two star hotel when i was looking for 3-4 star one and didnt even have the room that i ordered (this was not the hotels fault and the staff was lovely. I ordered a king room which they never had any availability for and only had a double room available). I did not receive what i paid for and am terribly disappointed with my experience through Expedia

Always good front desk service. Convient location. Close to restaurants. Confortable sleep. Quiet. We were going to reserve elsewhere this year due to the lack of bedding cleanliness last year but after reading reviews, we decided to take a chance. Glad we did. Housekeeping improved.

The staff was so nice. Especially Wendy at the front desk. My daughter and I arrived at the hotel for the night. On the way in she dropped her soda. The can burst so she had to throw it away. Wendy saw this happening through the window. When we came in she gave her one of her sodas she brought from home. It's rare to meet genuinely nice people. Thank you Wendy. The little things count. See you on the 13th.

We always stay at this hotel when we head to AL for the winter, or back to NH which is home. We like this Quality Inn for these reasons: cleanliness of the room, comfortable beds, quiet rooms, and a great breakfast. Also, the staff is friendly.

Great hotel for a great price. I booked a room at the Quality Inn just 5 minutes before walking in for such a low price. To my surprise, the hotel was pretty darn satisfactory! It was clean, quiet, near the highway exits so I didn’t have to travel far into an unfamiliar town. The nightshift staff named Wendy was such a super sweetheart. I will definitely book again on my next travels back through Virginia!
