I booked this room two days in advance of my arrival. After driving for 10 hours I arrived at 1am and was given the key to a dirty room that housekeeping never turned over. Their solution was to give us a room with no working shower after making us wait 40 minutes. By 2am I finally found another hotel in the area to stay at. Zero stars.

Property is old and needs complete updating*. Room was clean, but sparsely furnished compared to other Hampton Inns. Tv was maybe 24 inch, linens threadbare at best. Can’t get a bar of soap for the shower. No evening cookies offered. Very disappointed.

The check in was good. The ladies were very nice and explained all services. The breakfast gentleman was super nice. The check out person vanished and check out was difficult as there is no box to simply leave the room key in. The hotel is clean but would need a refresh.
