Motorcycle trip to Arkansas

This property was perfect for our week vacation to ride around Harrison. Was very nice to have a garage to put our 3 motorcycles in. Beautiful view over the valley on the deck. If we come back to this area again we will definitely look to see if we could rent this place again. Dave

Spectacular getaway.. Amazing view ..

My husband and I have been to several “getaways” in the past 15 or more years, for our Anniversary, ( This was our 48th ). We’ve had some very nice, some average, some not so nice. Sunrise Point Retreat out shined 99% of the others! The pictures on the VRBO don’t do it justice! The property is Exceptional! The house sets up on a small hill, probably around 3 acres, overlooking a beautiful valley. The house is probably less than three years old. Walking into the house, I was blown away with how perfect the layout was, the view from the front cover deck, large bathrooms with amazing walk-in showers, and most of all, how clean it was. Did I say CLEAN. ( very important to us ) It had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook, the linens, towels, dishes, etc. was top notch. The large downstairs game room was a great idea, we enjoyed playing several games of air hockey during our stay. The third bedroom and bathroom is also downstairs. We spent a lot of our time on the front deck enjoying our coffee, or evening with a glass of wine, overlooking the beautiful valley below. ( two lounge chairs on the deck would be nice) ) Overall the BEST accommodations we had! On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate it an 11. Note.. we thought we booked through VRBO, but somehow Evolve took over and charged us with a 45 dollar insurance fee that was non refundable.. was not happy about that. I will definitely make sure not to go through Evolve again..

It was a super nice place. I would move in if I owned it but I'm glad you make it available to travelers like us. You provided some much more than most VRBO hosts, fresh cookies, snacks, coffee, laundry soap and etc. Thanks for letting us use the garage to park our motorcycles and vehicles in. I would HIGHLY recommend this location.

Perfect stay near great trails

The house was great. Our family enjoyed it and it was located far enough away from town to fill isolated but close enough to make a run for essentials. Trails nearby in any directions you head. Comfy beds. The only recommendation I could think of was a dimmer for the lights in the living room. I would stay here again next time we travel to the Ozarks

Rode down from MN. It was unseasonably hot. When we arrived at the house it was cool and comfy! We consisted of 3 couples. All rooms were perfect! The icing on the cake was we had a garage to keep our bikes in! The views at night are nothing short of breathtaking!

Place was everything we hoped for and then some. 3 couples trailered our motorcycles to ride in beautiful Arkansas. Pulled in and felt like we hit the jackpot! View was amazing and the place was just awesome. Had everything we would need along with a basket of snacks and homemade cookies. Jena was great to work with and responded to all my texts. You won’t be disappointed if you decide to stay here. Jenas place is lovely, clean, roomy and very inviting. We will definitely be back. Thank you Jena for sharing your home with us.

The home is amazing! Comfortable, immaculately cleaned, and stocked with EVERYTHING you need! Lots of small personal touches from the host! Absolutely the best rental we have ever stayed in! Amazing stay

This property offers everything you can think of wanting or needing. The hosts have thought of it all. We enjoyed our nights by the firepit and days waking to the spectacular view. The young adults with us had the downstairs to play games, karaoke, and stay up late without disturbing those of us that go to sleep before midnight. No worries of showing up late without food, the hosts offer several options to hold you over until you get to the store the next day if needed. In addition to the home being amazing, we were located under an hour of everything we wanted to do from hiking to waterfalls, atv riding, caverns, and canoeing on the Buffalo River. We have several friends now looking to book this beautiful home for their trips.
