It is close to excellent local attractions, including McEuen Park, McEuen Park And Dog Park, Tubbs Hill Trail Marker, Tubbs Hill, Golf Island - Coeur D' Alene, Fort Sherman Playground, Findlay Stadium Stateline Speedway, and Mt. Spokane Ski & Snowboard Park.

This rustic charmer enjoys a beautifully appointed open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams, wooden accents throughout, and floor-to-ceiling windows flooding the space with natural light. The brand-new Renewal by Andersen windows allow you to enjoy the serene lake views. Make yourself at home and spread out comfortably on any of the inviting sofas in the living room as you stream an entertaining show or movie on the smart TV with streaming services. If you visit during the winter months, a gorgeous wood-burning fireplace will keep you nice and warm throughout your stay. Prepare delicious homemade meals and treats in the kitchen with all stainless steel appliances. Enjoy the marvelous lake and wooded views from your private deck overlooking the lake. This is a gorgeous spot to unwind with a good book and dine alfresco. All three bedrooms are on the main floor, and the lofted area upstairs enjoys a secluded sleeping nook.

Nice, but rustic was the name of the stay
The location is great, but the house has no shades and faces directly to the west. During the summer, it made for an extremely hot house until the sun went down and we could open the windows. The house has a nice deck, but several holes that have not been repaired that could be catastrophic. There are also a couple of loose stairs going to the dock and to the front of the house that have not been repaired. A very large wasp nest is in the top of the "A frame" of the house on the side you park on. We had a great stay, but the place was only average at best.
