When we got into the room nothing was f***** up including the refrigerator so we had to wait for that to get cool the beds are completely worn out the mattresses are lump sided very uncomfortable he curtains Reggie with holes and you can see light during the night coming through the window the staff person at checking in was very rude

Do not stay here. I booked a room and was unable to stay there due to it being dirty when I checked in. The comforters and coverlets were stained and when I politely asked the front desk if I could get a new comforter, they joked that it hadn't been cleaned. I didn't find this funny. They told me that they were all out of clean comforters, and so I politely apologized, and said that I would have to find a new place to stay due to the fact that they wouldn't try to help me out, and clean the room. I did just that and stayed at a SpringHill Suites a couple miles away, and had a lovely night. When Expedia followed up with them, potentially trying to get me compensation for my failed stay, the woman at the front desk acknowledged the situation, acknowledged that the room was unclean, and swiftly told the agent that I would not be getting a refund, nor any compensation. This was a horrible experience, and I'm glad I ended up checking out the same night I was supposed to check in.

It was a great place. Clean and friendly staff, my only issue was the lighting on the outside pf thebuilding. They made it impossible to get the room dark enough to sleep.

Staff was not knowledgeable of ADA law. Dirty and Musky. The microwave burned out and the A/C did not cool properly. No working amenities. Charged extra for parking but there was no security on site. With the extra expense, my family and I could go somewhere cleaner.

The Lobby was the nicest part of the building. Everywhere else is need of repairs. Holes in the walls, paint peeling, numerous scuff marks. Room was pretty small, would have been better with only one bed in it. Black out curtain had a hole in it.

Upon checking in the hotel for the night, were walking down the hallway and it smelled like body odor. A lot of walls were scuffed up along the bottom by the floor area. Once in the room, one of the lights on the nightstand had a toggle switch that was wired into the light itself, and this toggle switch was hanging outside the base of the light. The clock itself was not working at first, but eventually we found that it was not plugged into the wall. Plug for the clock was assembled in a three-way plug into an outlet. This is very dangerous for a commercial building. The room was dirty and needed a deep clean. Looking at the furniture, and any lights that were on the furniture, and the bathroom had a lot of sticky/deep dirt on them. The room needs a deep clean. There is also a slight odor. The outside parking lot had a lot of, questionable people walking around and they were walking in and out of the hallways. The hotel itself seems to be renting rooms to people other than hotel guests. The breakfast area was not up to hotel standards. It seems that the owners of the hotel do not put any money back into the hotel to make it look Presentable for guests and clean.

The room door didn't feel safe. It was very raggedy. The bathroom faucet sink leaked water everywhere. Second time there and there never extra toilet paper. Each room that I had, has had less than half of a roll of toilet paper. Hand towel was dirty with lipstick all over it.

we booked a king bed A week in advance we got Two Queen beds instead..they called this a up grade. Not sure how this would be considered a up grade? Not that I have anything agents People that smoke weed but it would of been nice if they did not let people use the parking lot as a weed smoking area. We have a brand new car kind of makes you feed unsafe..also when we got there is when they informed us we hade to pay for parking. Not that big of a deal but worth mentioning..the good part.. the hotel is pretty dated it looks like the carpets been there since day one in the hallways and the paint.. But the rooms are relatively clean.. cleaning staff was extraordinarily nice..and it is close to most things we wanted to do. I would just not recommend this hotel for anybody that has children..
