This hotel is in extremely poor condition. It needs a complete revamp or to be demolished and make a new one. I wont recommend anyone to stay there otherwise you're desperate and there is no other place you can get. They offer free breakfast but i didn't attempt to consume anything from there based on the lack cleanliness. Please stay away!

Zero personality from the start. Rugs in hallway and in rooms were filthy. Elevator dirty and smelled awful. Entered room and got smashed in the face with an awful strong odor throughout entire room! I believed it came from the bathroom. Had to open windows turn on vent and a/c to remove stench. Went to Walmart to buy fragrances to help the stench. Room was very outdated and unattractive. The rug had this large wet and sticky stain right in the middle of the room. Tub had a slimy film all over. Spent 10 minutes cleaning it thoroughly. My 7 year old “clogged” the toilet and I had to call maintenance because there was no plunger. Continental breakfast was so bad. Steamed eggs and sausage patties microwaved. Hard bagels. Only fruit was oranges. 2 boring types of cereal. And very generic extras. Only thing halfway decent was the OJ and the make your own waffles. Nothing outside to sit on, no tables or bbq area! Feels like they bought a run down outdated hotel and through a fancy sign on it. I won’t be going back that’s for sure!

The stay was fine as we didn’t spend a lot of time in the room. Only to sleep after visiting Hersheypark. The bathroom could definitely use some work. The toilet seat needed to be replaced. The walls above the shower were torn and moldy.

It was ok, would stay again

They serve breakfast I never made it down to eat it but they have it. The bed was big and comfortable. The shower was a little dirty in the bottom. But everything else was ok. Probably will stay again.

As a hospitality professional that has worked in a few Hotel brands. I associate the name La Quinta as a good brand and not really comparable to a Motel 8 Inn. The bathroom is terribly outdated from the 70’s no shower liner, ceiling had some leaks and the door doesn’t tightly closes with gaps that insects and light filters in the room. Definitely looks more like an Inn, Not worth the price per stay!!!!

Creepy people hanging outside the property. They were not staying at the hotel. One man would watch as cars pulled in and then follow them up to the door. He would stay smoking a cigarette by the front door. As someone traveling alone It made me really uneasy. I went out later the next day and it happened again. This time I tried to wait for him to leave but as soon as I got out of my car he followed me into the building. Luckily I had my dog and asked the front desk for water for her. He eventually left and I had the front desk make sure he didn’t follow me. Noting that it happened twice makes me think these people stay outside the hotel and do this often.
