The air conditioning did not work properly, we could not sleep well all night because of the heat, when I reported in the morning to the Arab man who was at the front desk he behaved in a very despotic and rude manner, otherwise the breakfast was very good and the room was clean but there was no do not disturb sign.

Our room is infested with Ants, in the beds everywhere. Staff was not helpful and didn’t seem concerned with a bad review. The pool was also disgusting, water was cloudy and had large chunks of black hair balls floating. Disgusting won’t be coming back!

This is a beautiful hotel. Everything was very clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Any time I needed anything, they were able to find a way to go above and beyond my expectations. A house fly had gotten into our room, I went to the front desk to ask for a fly swatter. They sent someone to get the fly out! This is a wonderful place to stay. I will definitely be back!

This hotel was so much better than I expected. The ratings were modest and it’s only a 2 star on google maps so I was nervous. The lobby is impressively modern and the room was so comfortable. This is exactly the type of property my family and I are comfortable staying in when we travel. Super impressed.

The pool was so cloudy and dirty. They came and took my towels and garbage and never brought new bags or clean towels back. I had to go down to the desk to get them myself. Room was clean.

This hotel has bed bugs in room 313, 330, 318, and 319! My family large group stayed there for a Hershey Park weekend and all had bed bugs! The hotel tried to say they were not even after the front desk attendant saw them on video and pictures we showed them. The pool is loud and open until 10pm and the breakfast options are limited. We will never return!
