Large, Private ski lodge minutes away from the entrance of Boyne Highlands & Nubs Nob! We are also only 1/2 mile away from all of the main snowmobile trails in the area and have room to park a snowmobile trailer in our driveway! Our property is surrounded with all of the best golf courses, wineries, & beaches in the area. Everything is literally within a 2-5 mile radius.

Our Lodge offers a very spacious floor plan that is great for 4-5 families. The entire Lodge (including the outdoor hot tub) comes with a view of Boyne Highlands! There is also a winery right next door that offers $10 unlimited wine tastings! The details are endless throughout this Lodge including a kid’s loft area and adult game room (with pool table and bar) in the lower level. Not to mention a sledding hill for kids in the front yard.

There are 5 bedrooms & 5 bathrooms so that each family has there own space when needed, but plenty of common areas to gather in as a group to have a memorable time. We have gone over the top on decorating it to make you feel like you are staying in a house straight out of Instagram and not one of your relatives left over spaces. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook large meals including a full spice cabinet and coffee bar. We are not at the property, but available at all times if you need help or a good recommendation for something to do in the area.

Great place for a family reunion
We had a cousins reunion with family coming from Texas and the east coast. Lots of space to gather on the main floor, downstairs, and on the deck. Location is nicely secluded in the woods off the highway. Just a short drive to Harbor Springs and Petoskey.

Relaxing retreat
We stayed in 3 VRBO's during our Michigan vacation and this one was hands down the most relaxing. Plenty of space for family games together and enough room for teens to have some space too. Outdoors was also a favorite space.

Beautiful property
This is a beautiful and private property. Great location close to Harbor Springs, Petoskey, and a short drive to Mackinaw. The property was great for our group of 16. The play room was a huge hit for our kids. The rooms are nicely laid out. We had four families together and each had their full bath.

Lots of fun!
We're a family of skiers. The location of the property was excellent. We had 17 children and grandchildren. The house was large enough for our group - particularly in seating, whether for meals or entertainment. The kitchen was also very well stocked. Bedding and towels, blankets, etc. were upscale. We had lots of fun!

Great Extended Ski Weekend
My family and I had a great extended ski weekend. We skied The Highlands and Nobs Nob. The lodge is just a few minutes from both resorts - super convenient! Plus, it is a very short drive to Harbor Springs and Petoskey. And the accommodations at the lodge are top-notch! Amazing living room, great kitchen, super fun game room, and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. We will definitely be coming back!!

We brought entire family, 13 adults/5 children, to celebrate mothers 80th bday. The property was gorgeous, conveniently located between Habor Springs and Petosky. We loved the privacy, the trees, the deer, and outside firepit to make s'mores. The amenities were wonderful including the hot tub, pool table, and the wonderful play area for kids which was an absolute bonus (Not many have such a well stocked play area for little ones). Loved the atmosphere of the cabin, very warm and cozy. Plenty of room to gather for such a large group, including playing pool/foozball downstairs, cards/board games at large wooden kitchen table, and many deep conversations on comfortable couches. The kitchen was large & included everything needed to cook meals for large groups. A few things need to be fixed, but when mentioned to the property owner, she already had scheduled to get fixed. The ice maker wasn't working because the vendor installed the new refrigerator incorrectly. The property owner offered to pay for our ice for the inconvenience. Amazing!!! Also missing bottom slate of one of the pac-n-plays, which she volunteered to pay for a replacement if we bought one. Very responsive and so appreciated. Only complaint is bedroom with 2 queen beds has only 1 exit: the door, no windows (Fire concern for us). Also this room had limited options for clothing. Not ideal. All other bedrooms were very large with huge closets. All beds were comfortable. Loved our stay!

Wonderful house close to many activities. We really enjoyed this secluded and peaceful property. The game room was also lots of fun and the deck off the kitchen was spectacular! Looking forward to being back next year!

Perfect Staff Retreat
The home is gorgeous and well appointed! The host Sarah provided great communication and provided so many of the little things you forget like baggies, trash bags, etc. We enjoyed the deck, grilling, and lots of hot tub time. The game room in the basement was also a big hit with the people of our group. We’d love to come back and highly recommend this property. The best VRBO we’ve ever stayed at!

Great Stay
We had a great stay at the cabin. The people before us broke the fridge and the owners were open and up front about it, let us use their personal fridge in the garage, and offered to buy us pizza for the inconvenience. The cabin was bigger than we needed but the space was great. The loft area that was set up with toys was great for the 12,10, 4,3 and 1 yr old that we brought. Its very private with no neighbors and a great hot tub! A quick drive into a great downtown as well as 30 min to the bridge. They have a highchair, pack and play as well as kids plates, cups and silverware which really helped us out. Overall it was a great stay and the host was very accommodating answering text about other random questions we had.

Best Rental in Harbor Springs
Just returned from a 3-night stay at this amazing home and words cannot express how awesome and unique this home is. It is a true up-north retreat surrounded by trees perched on a hill with amazing views of Boyne Highlands. If you are looking for cozy luxury, this is your place. Our group of 4 adults, 1 teenager, and 2 kids had more than enough room to all spread out. We spent our days adventuring around town and our nights hanging in the hot tub, gathered around the fireplace for a board game, or challenging each other to rounds of pool. No detail has been missed......high quality linens, comfy beds, sheepskin rugs, a million soft blankets, heated floors, a fully-stocked kitchen, sleds for sledding in the front yard, and hotel quality amenities in the bathrooms. Boyne Highlands and Nubs Knob are less than 5 minutes away, great food anywhere from 5-10 minutes away, downtown 10 minutes away, winery next door. We even brought our snowmobiles and were able to ride from the house to the trail about a 1/2 mile away. Sarah was easy to communicate with and made sure to check in several times to ensure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!
