Absolutely Brilliant, if you are willing to accept No Signs in English, and Staff severely limited in the English language! I loved it!

The customer service was great but I won't go back to this hotel... The wall paper was disgusting. It must be smoking room before. It was yellowish and dirty with nicotine stains. We also didn't like their mattress. It was very hard and not comfortable at all. It's time to renovate the hotel.

Needed an overnight in the area. Hotel was very good. Mainly used by Japanese as it is a little out of the main tourist areas but if you need to be in or close to Kuki then this is good value.

此方のホテルの温泉は何度か行きましたが泊まるのは初めてでしたが清潔で寝やすかったし何より受付の女性のスタッフさんが留学でいらしてると思いましたがとても優しい言葉で館内説明をされておりとても良かったです。また伺いたいと思えるホテルでした。

ルートインホテルなのに温泉にも入れて得した気分になれます。 ただ禁煙の部屋をとっても部屋じたいは臭くないのですが廊下がなんとなく煙草臭かったです。

入り口で靴を脱いでスリッパに履き替えるのが、清潔で良いと思った。身体の大きな人にとっては室内のバスは狭すぎるので、面倒でも大浴場に行くのが良い。
