Best Hotel in Hanoi!

Pros: The exceptionally good inclusive breakfasts (particularly the Vietnamese menu), the superb staff, the rooms and the fantastic showers.
Cons: Nothing!
Location: Food heaven; you are spoilt for choice will the finest selection of of Veitnamese street food, practically on the doorstep of the hotel.
Outstanding and perfectly located hotel with wonderfull staff, with mouthwatering breakfasts (both the buffet and a la cart menu with loads of delicacies to try, that we were delighted to find were all complimentary), beautiful rooms with comfy beds and fantastic high pressured monsoon showers, that are heavenly to come back to after a long day out. The staffs English was impeccable and they were all extremely helpful answering all the questions that we bombarded them with. We arranged a taxi pickup from the airport, which i would highly recommend arranging with the hotel in advance. The hotel even has a number for you to reach via whatsapp, which we found particularly useful as it meant we could call or text the hotel when we were on wifi. There were a number of nice little touches to the room, as well as chocolates left on the bed daily, they also leave a sweet little scroll with a nice note and the weather forcast for the next day. You also get fresh fruit each day, be it a succulent, ripe mango, sweet bananas or a juicy orange. It was our second time staying at the Little Hanoi Deluxe and we had such a lovely time, that I strongly doubt that it will be our last! On departing for our second time we were even presented with some fancy Vietnamese filter coffee & a traditional filter to take home, which was very kind. We look forward to tasting it when we get back, to bring back all the lovely memories of Hanoi and our delightful experiences at The Little Hanoi Deluxe!

Gutes Hotel in der Altstadt

Pros: Lage mitten in der Altstadt
Location: In der Altstadt von Hanoi wuselt das Leben und gibt es unzählige Restaurants und kleine Garküchen.
Wie Pilze sind in den letzten Jahren die Hotels in der Hanoier Altstadt aus dem Boden geschossen, umso härter die Konkurrenz und das merkt man beim Service: wir wurden gefühlte 7'000 mal gefragt ob denn wirklich alles in Ordnung ist. Das Personal bemüht sich aber wirklich sehr, dem Gast zu helfen sowie auch die Weiterreise zu organisieren sowie Tipps für Restaurants oder Unterhaltung zu empfehlen. Im Grossen und Ganzen eine gute Wahl mitten in der Altstadt, hübsche Zimmer, anständiges Frühstück, gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.
