The hotel staff are very good, service focused. Location of the hotel is good especially if you enjoy walking and exploring a city. Room needs to be refreshed especially the bathroom. Breakfast was not appealing with very little options for vegetarian guests.

Exceptional service, comfortable beds, and delicious food. A truly relaxing and delightful stay! We had a family group of 14 people. Hotel staff were able to booked shuttle car services to major attractions and airport.

Very nice hotel located in the Old Quarter, making it very easy to walk to points of interests in Hanoi. The staff was very kind and accommodating, and our room was comfortable and spacious. Would definitely stay here again!

Good stay

Location is near all attractions. Breakfast is delicious. Staff are friendly and helpful. Bed and pillows are soft and comfortable. Great that they provide 2 pillows for each of us. Surprise and disappointed that we need to pay 100K VND for loosing 1 room card. Hotel Day tour booking is more expensive than the tour agency shops which are located at every street.
