This hotel is comfortably situated in the heart of the Old Quarter. There are plenty of spas, a lake nearby, and plenty to walk around and see. Anna went above and beyond and really helped us. She called to book massages, gave us a map of the area with great recommendations for restaurants and things to do, booked our travel to and from Halong Bay, and even held our luggage while we were on tour. She also gave us tips on how to navigate the area which were quite helpful.

We loved our stay at the Lotus Boutique Hotel. Our room was really nice and has a small balcony. The breakfast is very good (served in the building next to the hotel) and the staff is amazing. They are always helpfull and smiling!

The staff were very kind and helpfull. They could store the luggage after check out of the hotel. Breakfast was good, with both Vietnamese and Continental. Location is great in the old part of the city. The room had a nice balcony.

The staff is very nice, helpful and attentive. They have lots of tipps and recommendations but they are not pushy (they don‘t try to sell you anything). We ourselves asked for the Ha Food Tour (highly recommended!) and they booked it for us. Furthermore the beds are comfy and the breakfast is tasty. It has something for everybody: Pho, bread & jam, bacon & eggs. You even find pancakes and summer rolls. The hotel is perfectly situated for exploring the Old Town and in the vicinity of great food places (10-15 min walk) but still far enough away from the beer street not to hear the party noise.
