I always enjoy my time at Elegant Suites Westlake. It is conveniently located. It is not too far from the old quarter and it is easy to get to the airport. It is far enough from the main roads that it is peaceful and much quieter than anywhere else l've stayed in the city. I enjoy the pool, gym and spa. They are never too busy so you can go at your convenience. The breakfast buffet is consistent every day with a few rotations that keep it fresh. There are good views across the lake or of the city, depending on which room you have. The staff has always been very helpful and attentive.

Lovely hotel out of the hustle and bustle with just a $4 Aud grab to old town. Massive rooms like being at home. We checked out late and sat around the pool before heading to the train station. Highly recommend

Phòng ốc rộng rãi, sạch sẽ. Phòng có bếp nhưng không có đồ dùng học trợ nấu nướng như dầu ăn, gia vị... Không có đũa dùng mà chỉ toàn dao dĩa. Thế nên nếu ở lâu chắc khách phải chủ động mua đồ để nấu nướng vì chỉ cung cấp nồi xoang, bát đĩa. Khu vui chơi trẻ em dù trong nhà nhưng mùa đông lạnh không có máy sưởi ấm nên không chơi được. Nhân viên nhiệt tình, lễ phép là điểm cộng.

Tay Ho is a great neighborhood. Close to the airport and lots of great little bars and restaurants (Vietnamese and other global treats). The staff at Elegant Suites were professional, kind and helpful. We will definitely return when we head back to Hanoi.

Loved everything about this hotel, the room was perfect, very spacious with a view on the lake. we also had a spacious jaccuzi in the unit (!) and a washing machine. The staff were very helpful. They took their time to explain the city map/landmark and helped us make the best out of our trip

This was our (my lady and I) third time staying at Westlake within one year. We stayed 10 nights. As in the past, our stay was pleasant and peaceful. We stayed in a deluxe studio room. The size of the room was adequate. The room was clean and comfortable. No bad smells. The pool and gym are awesome. We used both multiple times…nearly everyday. The pool is huge. There’s a wading pool next to the big pool. Towels and showers are available. Folks are asked to rinse off before entering the pool, which is sensible and a courtesy to others. The gym is spacious and can accommodate 20 or so bodies at a time. It has a/c and portable fans to help keep the temperature down. Water is available as are towels. A billiards table is available, but beware. A couple of the pockets aren’t firmly in place and tend to fall when balls go in them. The breakfast buffet was excellent. There were plenty of choices. Fruits and vegetables were fresh. Food was good or better. All staff were helpful, polite and professional. There were ample eating establishments within a few minutes by foot. In many of them, we had dinner for less than $10 for both of us. We will definitely consider staying at Westlake again.
