Check-in was fast and friendly. The room was easily accessible and the beds were very comfortable. However, there was a bit of a musty smoke smell. The only thing I would suggest would be to include instructions for the tvs to help navigate the programming being used.

The staff was helpful with teaching me how to use the heat in the room and finding a remote for the fitness room. The walk to "Fiddlesticks" was lit and the food there was good.

One of the worst morning breakfast offerings I've ever experienced! tiny coffee cups; Splenda not offered; dry, overdone scrambled eggs; dry, hard sausages; dismal lighting; bread that you toast yourself (lines); out of doughnuts; weird pastries, etc., etc. Room was fairly nice but skip breakfast. Total experience: hotel room OK, morning breakfast is a no-go.

I originally thought it was because so many people were there, but the next morning I tried showering again and not only no hot water, there was also no water pressure coming from the shower head. The front staff was really nice, but didn’t offer any compensation for me and my family not being able to shower due to only cold water.
