Upon walking into the room it smelled so bad. My child immediately said it stunk and you know kids have no filter. Smelled like incense and mold to me. The washcloths were stained so bad along with the blankets. When we pulled back the blankets and sheets there was black hairs and what looked like dirt. Disgusting. The hotel clerk didn’t offer a refund or any type of compensation. She did offer to switch rooms and they all smelled the same. We will never stay here again.

It's not the property I have a complaint about, it is Expedia. I needed to cancel my reservation and it was nearly impossible. I didn't have the time due to other commitments, so I ended up paying for a night's lodging that I did not use. I will NEVER use expedia again!!!!!

My feet stuck to the carpet in the room. I don't think they have ever been cleaned. The hot tub was not very hot, some of the jets didn't work, and the vent near the hot tub was really dirty causing the area to have an odd smell.

Loved the location and amenities. Issues with tv. Internet worked well, room was clean. Comfortable beds. Air conditioning worked as expected. Pool was relaxing to me, but cold to others.

Very happy with the property. We were especially happy to have the grab bar at the shower and the comfort height toilet. We usually get handicap for these benefits and it was unavailable so we were thrilled to find they came standard in the rooms.

The breakfast and options were great. The bed was comfy. The room smelled musty and damp and the carpet was dirty as in my white socks were black and without socks the floor felt sticky/dirty. Other than that it was great
