Helpful staff, comfortable room, delicious lunches
The reception, housekeeping and restaurant staff went above and beyond to assist us with extra things we needed. Room was comfortable and staff were very accommodating. Not sure it’s still 4star though.

This is an excellent and economical choice for a group with rented transport, However the hotel is too far away from the centre for many tour companies to pick up from, so be prepared to use a lot of taxis. There is no dinner available, and the choice of restaurants catering to western tourists within reasonable walking distance is very limited.

It is a wonderful place with lovely staff and green surroundings. I was upgraded to a deluxe room which was cozy and clean. It is in a good location, only two minutes to Royal Botanical Garden and ten minutes to the airport. I also love their nice facilities including a relaxing pool and a nice gym. Cound't find a better place. Will definitely stay here again whenever I come to Chiang Mai.

เข้าเช็คอิน ถนนทางเข้าหญ้ารกมากจนตกใจนึกว่าเข้าพักม่านรูด เข้าเช็คอินไม่มีพนักงานนั่งที่เคาน์เตอร์ พนักงานพาไปห้องก็ พอจะอาบน้ในห้องไม่พร้อม เรื่องครีมอาบน้ำ มีแต่ขวดเปล่า มียาสระผมครึ่งขวด จำเป็นอาบน้ำด้วยาสระผมรุ่งเช้า ออกจากห้องแขวนป้ายทำความสะอาดห้อง กลับมาก็ไม่ทำ และต้องโทรขอครีมอาบน้ำ ห้องกว้างดี ความสะอาดห้องและห้องน้ำ เต็ม10ให้7

Viaggio a Chiang Mai
Hotel sporco, cade a pezzi, bagno maleodorante, alla reception non parlano inglese, colazione misera, localizzato in un luogo bordo autostrada. Sconsiglio vivamente a chiunque voglia un hotel decente. I taxi fanno fatica a raggiungere il posto.
