Welcome to this newly renovated two bedroom house. Kick back and relax in a calm, stylish space on a quiet residential street in the hamlet of Hampton Bays and the beaches of Southampton Town.

Walk into a cozy living room with sofa, club chair and TV. Twin bedrooms, both have dressers and closet space. They each have a Queen bed, and soothing colors for the perfect nights sleep. There is a large eat in kitchen is fully stocked and overlooks the backyard. New dishwasher, stove and refrigerator (which makes plenty of ice!)

The outdoor space is totally private, fenced in with a new outdoor shower, patio, grill, lounge chairs, firepit and swing.

You are minutes from beaches and local restaurants so no need to travel far, but if you want to explore there are wineries, museums, art galleries, golf courses, and shopping in the neighboring towns.

A capsule of peace
Our stay was a perfect getaway of calm for hubby, our son, dog and myself during the Thanksgiving holiday. The kitchen was well stocked with all cooking utensils and spices for us to prepare all of our meals. We had intended to go to a restaurant for dinner on one of the evenings but we were just too content and comfy that we didn't bother. Once we picked up a few incidentals at the nearby King Kullen supermarket, we never left the house again. We had everything we needed. Our son enjoyed playing with our dog in the large and fully fenced backyard. The television was loaded with all of the apps for viewing enjoyment. Our host Claudia was very responsive from the very beginning. Thank you Claudia for everything.
