This newly renovated home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms in Hampton Bays has so much to offer. Take a step away from all the noise and relax in this beautiful home located in the center of the street, with it's beautiful landscape and it's charm. This wonderful home is just a few minute driving from the home to the ocean/beaches, downtown restaurants and Main Street shops. Light-filled open living areas featuring a picture window and skylight, kitchen with new stainless-steel appliances, new hardware, as well as a spacious dining area. Bedrooms and baths are inviting, with new bedroom carpeting, newly tiled bathroom floors, new vanities and lighting fixtures in both baths. A deck right outside of the dinning area overlooks the large private backyard where there is an outside shower, a grill, and some patio chairs. This makes it the perfect area for having the best BBQ and for enjoying the outdoors. The washer and dryer are on the freshly painted lower level where there is ample storage and plenty of room. Owner will be living in the studio right next to the property.
