During my stay, I discovered a condom in my room. Despite informing the management, they neither offered me an alternative room nor cleaned the one I was in. Additionally, the receptionist was unhelpful and displayed rude behavior.
The Hotel was beautiful. The staff was amazing. They were very friendly and addressed all our concerns. My daughter really enjoyed herself, the rooms was absolutely beautiful. We are looking forward to staying there again.
Other than the vacant room mixup on my day of checkout it was perfect. Shortie come trying to open the door around 8 sum and check out aint til 11am i had to show her my credentials
I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were nice and gave us space to enjoy our room and other amenities at the hotel .

I booked a double queen room. Got here and was given a king room, when asked front desk she’s like the couch pulls out and I don’t have anymore queen beds available. My kids had to sleep on uncomfortable beds because they made a mistake
This was the worst stay. Dirty, trash along the walls leading to the room was there all night needs to be vacuumed. Bathroom floor was dirty room smelled like bo and dirty socks. Night check in staff was very rude when we asked for a late check out.
No toilet paper or tissues. Sheets were disgusting definitely will not be going back to HOME2 Suites.
No staff around. I had to ring bell numerous times and wait 20 minutes just to check in. My bathroom wasnt clean. I couldnt enjoy breakfast before i left, kids runninf around everywhere, waffle maker was broken. I just left. I would not recommend nor would i ever stay again.
