Ideal for families: Superb holiday apartment 5 minutes from the beaches. We are both close to the beach, the lively center of Hammamet and Nabeul, while enjoying the quiet. The place is quiet and relaxing with views of the sea, olive groves and hills. Apartment S + 2 of standing with a living room, a kitchen and 2 large bedrooms. New apartment, spacious, fully equipped (tv, fridge, beds, living room, cupboards, kitchenware) and has a balcony with a magnificent view of Nabeul.
It is the ideal place for holidays with family or friends.

The apartment is located in Hammamet Nord, Mrezg, 5 minutes from the beaches and the tourist area, 5 minutes from Aqualudia, 5 minutes from Hammamet center and Nabeul center. It has a small balcony with views of Nabeul, the sea, the olive groves and the green hills. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a new small residence of 3 apartments.

The residence is easily accessible from the road linking Hammamet to Nabeul.

In case of need, travelers will be able to contact the owner.

On request, you can park your car inside the residence which has 2 parking spaces.

This is a new neighborhood. Very accessible from Tunis or Sousse. You have small grocery stores nearby, a coffee shop, and a Quad rental. You are 5 minutes by car from the Carrefour store and 5 minutes from the new district of El Mrezg. You can walk down to the tourist area with its beaches, trendy cafes, hotels, etc ...
You will be 5 minutes from the beautiful beach of El Mrezga.

Many taxis pass nearby on the road Nabeul Hammamet.
A bus line connects Nabeul to Hammamet.

La maison des oliviers
Un grand et comfortable appartement avec un balcon. La vue sur mer (vue magnifique au paysage!) est possibile de la 2ieme stage et de la terrasse qu'on peut utiliser, offert gentimment par le locateur. Un grand salon invitant avec une cuisine pratique. Pour des visiteurs tunisiens il faudrait une casserole couscous en tout cas.😉 En outre il y a tout ce qu 'il faut dans une maison. Recommandable !
